This often results in a lot of wasted meetings where participants pretend to participate or completely shut up, so their knowledge is not gambled in the change. This is why it is detrimental that a change agent recognizes and react to the signs of being uncomfortable and resistance and that leaders in this situation knows how to motivate, know their influencing strategies and can offer support and care in a professional way.

It is detrimental that the team working with business development is high performing and obtains synergy in their work. During the training, the change agent learns to develop the team to high performance and how to change the leadership style as needed. 

Content on the Training Day The training day consists of 4 parts each lasting 2 hours. Every part is equivalent to one of the modules of the full training. Every part will contain concrete tools picked from the full training, as well as purpose of the training, learning goals and yield from each of the 4 modules in the Vital Changeformation Lead Training.

The program consists of 4 modules and throughout the day the participants will not only be introduced to some of the tools and templates from the full training, but they will also get to try them on their chosen change case.

Practical Information:

  • Price and conditions: Price for participation is 2.995, – DKK + VAT This cost will be deducted if the participant’s organization chooses to purchase spots for the Vital Changeformation Training or implement a full training in the organization within 6 months. Sign-up for the 1-day training on the 22nd of January 2019 is before the 4th of January. Sign-up for the 1-day training on the 22nd of February 2019 is before the 4th of February.
  • Date and scope: Training days are the 22nd of January and the 22nd of February 2019. The training takes place from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. There will be digital preparation for 4 hours, wherein the participants work with an actual change or transformation case.
  • Purpose: The purpose of the day is the strengthen the leadership regarding a change in organizations and inspire through concrete tools. It is also to give the participants an opportunity to evaluate the training in its entirety and access what value the full training could have for their organization.
  • Place: Conference room at SOHO in Kødbyen, Copenhagen V
